2. For works for which class and category of registration is specified, the tender documents will also be issued to those who have applied for registration with Port Trust. Three similar works, each costing not less than Rs.29.91 lakhs

or

One similar work, costing not less than Rs.59.83 lakhs

During the preceding seven years ending on 31st May, 2008; Similar works means building works

(4) Following enhancement factors will be used for the costs of works executed for bringing the financial figures to a common base value in respect of the works completed in past years.

ii) Average Annual Financial Turnover of the tenderer during the last three financial years ending on 31st March 2008, shall not be less than Rs. 23.93 lakhs

iii) Financial capability for executing the work

The tenderer shall furnish financial capability certificate from his bankers/financial institutions, to the effect that the tenderer is financially sound and has sufficient resources for furnishing the security deposit/retention money, as provided in the bid document and also for executing the work as per schedule by receiving payment as per the payment schedule detailed in the bid document.
