WORK DESCRIPTION
The work covered in this contract comprises of the following:
(a) Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning of 11 KV 3 x 240 sq.mm. XLPE cable from 110 KV substation to the proposed site near South Coal Berth.
(b) Supply, installation and commissioning of two sets of 11 KV 350 MVA, 400 A metal clad Ring Main Units.
(c) Supply, installation and commissioning of one number 250 KVA 11KV/433 V distribution transformer.
(d) Supply, installation and commissioning of one number MV panel for the above transformer.
PRE-QUALIFICATION
1) Firms on their own who have satisfactorily completed contract works involving “Supply, installation and commissioning of 11 KV Ring Main Units, 11 KV/433V transformers, supply, laying and commissioning of HT cables etc” as detailed below:
a) Three numbers of contract works, each single contract costing not less than Rs: 30 Lakhs OR
b) Two numbers of contract works, each single contract costing not less than Rs: 37.5 lakhs OR
c) One number of contract work costing not less than Rs. 60 lakhs in a single contract,
to their clients during the last seven (7) years ending on 31/01/2010.
2) Average annual financial turnover should be more than Rs: 22.5 lakhs during the last three (3) years, ending 31st March 2009. `
3) The tenderer shall hold a minimum of valid “A-Class” contractor’s license issued by any State Electricity Licensing Board/Central Electricity Licensing Board.
4) The tenderer should furnish satisfactory performance report of the work carried out by them as per Clause no.(1) above, showing satisfactory performance, issued by the Clients.
